Despite the singular name, Pittsburgh Pie Guy is actually multiple people who make pies from scratch with local ingredients in the city of Pittsburgh. Nothing inspires joy quite like a homemade pie, and so we've made it our mission to spread as much joy as we can through our flaky baked goodness.

We bake both sweet and savory pies for palates of all preferences, because the more pie, the merrier. Pie is but a delicious and flaky blank canvas, in which to fill with any kind of food you can imagine.
On the sweet side, we specialize in seasonal fruit pies. From rhubarb (I know, it's a vegetable...) to peach, strawberry to apple, we gather as many local fruits as we can to bake into pies. We also make custard/curd pies on the regular, such as pumpkin and pecan.
Every week, we offer a special custard pie that lets us test the bounds of our creativity. Past custard specials have included Sweet Corn & Blueberry Custard and Boba Black Tea Custard Pie with Matcha Whipped Cream. Our sweet pie menu is always changing with the seasons and our imagination.

On the savory side, we make handpies, pot pies, and quiche. We offer over twenty varieties (and counting) of handpies and pot pies, and several flavors of quiche. Our handpies and pot pies are always available frozen, and you can usually find them hot and ready to eat at our market events. Quiche are typically sold fresh, sometimes frozen. Check out the variety of flavors we make.
You can find our pies at various farmers' market and pop-up events, at various stores with which we've partnered, or through home delivery. If you have a special event you'd like us to cater, we can help you with catering requests, too.
