Vegetarian Handpies

     Mushroom Potato Leek — $8.00

–roasted PA-grown hen-of-the-woods mushrooms, roasted potatoes, sautéed leeks, porcini gravy,

fresh tarragon, white pepper, and nutmeg.

     Curried Chickpea & Butternut — $7.00

–roasted butternut squash, chickpeas, and sautéed cabbage in curry powder.

With onions, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, and cayenne. Spicy.

Meat Handpies​

     Braised Rabbit — $9.00

–local whole rabbit (from Syggelekokle Farm and Jaronsinski Farms) slow-cooked in Chardonnay

with bay, juniper, and rosemary, then shredded and mixed with sautéed carrots and caramelized onions.

Chicken Verde — $9.00

–whole local chickens (from Halstead Farms) rubbed with Mexican spices, 

browned, then braised in roasted tomatillos with jalapeno, lime, and poblano peppers, then pulled apart.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

Five-Spice Pork — $9.00

–local pork shoulder braised in apple cider 

with whole Chinese five-spice, diced apples and caramelized onions.​​​

          –chicken thighs, onion, celery, carrot and chicken gravy made from house-made chicken stock.
