Black Tea Boba Custard Pie

Hey again pie fans,

It's me, the Pie Guy, here to tempt you with more uniquely delectable treats.

This week, we're reprising our bubble tea pie, but this time with Assam black tea: the Black Tea Boba Custard Pie. For those of you who are unfamiliar, we transmogrified bubble tea into a pie: it begins with our housemade graham cracker crumb crust, filled with Assam black tea custard studded with a generous amount of tapioca pearls, then topped with an ample swirl of matcha whipped cream.

These caffeinated babies will be available at our Saturday (Bloomfield and Uptown Mt. Lebanon) and Sunday (Squirrel Hill) farmers' market booths this coming weekend (May 25 & 26). We'll be bringing some to market, but if you want to guarantee that you get one for your Memorial Day picnic, order a Black Tea Boba Custard pie(s) in advance here.

That's not the only exciting news we have: after a long hibernation, our Lamb & Feta Handpie will be back this week as well! Here's what else we'll have this week:
