Flavors of the Week and Winter Market News

Hi there pie fans!

This week I have another robust menu of autumnal flavors available at my farmers' markets (Northside and Squirrel Hill -- Mt Lebo is done).

For sweet pies, I'll have:

  • apple

  • apple-cranberry

  • pear

  • chocolate bourbon pecan

  • sweet potato

  • pumpkin

For savory, I'll have:

  • braised rabbit (available Sunday)

  • Berbere beef

  • five-spice pulled pork (with apples and caramelized onions)

  • chicken tagine (with dried apricots, toasted almonds, and caramelized onions)

  • mushroom potato leek

In other news, I'm happy to announce that I'll be a vendor at the Bloomfield Winter Market! It runs every other Saturday from December 3 to March 18.

Also, I'll be vending at two of the Greensburg Night Markets, on November 16 and December 8. Look for me there!
