Hi pie fans,
Sadly, this week is the end of the season for the Saturday Uptown Mt Lebanon Market. So please come get some pie this Saturday the 29th in Mt Lebo! Yet never fear, I'll still be at the Northside and Squirrel Hill farmers' markets till the week before Thanksgiving.
As for flavors this week, there's a new sweet flavor this week, the very autumnal apple-cranberry! Other flavors include apple, pear, chocolate bourbon pecan, pumpkin, and sweet potato.
I'm pleased to announce I'll have four different savory flavors, available both hot and ready-to-eat and frozen:
-Berbere beef
-Chicken Tagine (with dried apricots and toasted almonds and saffron)
-Mushroom, Potato & Leek
-Curried Chickpea and Butternut
And just a reminder that I'm taking Thanksgiving orders. Get yours in sooner rather than later, because I'm gonna cap the orders at some point. Because I'm only one pie guy who can only make so many!
