This week's pie flavors
I'm excited to announce a couple of new flavors this week: eggnog custard (in a gingerbread crumb crust with candied orange slices) and chocolate peppermint cream (in a chocolate graham cracker crust with crushed candy canes). I'll have little ones at the Bloomfield market this Saturday, and you can order big ones for Christmas next week. Full list of flavors for this week is below.
A note on the rabbit pies: this is the last week for braised rabbit pies until the spring! My rabbit farmer won't have any rabbits big enough for slaughter until then. She may have some available sooner, but it's darn hard to fatten animals enough when it's cold outside. Anyway, if you want some rabbit pies, please visit me at the Bloomfield market! As I will have a limited supply, please come early if you'd like some.

Bloomfield Market this Saturday
You can find me at the Bloomfield farmers' market from 11a-2p this Saturday, Dec 17. If you're looking for a big pie or many pies, please call me (412-206-5192) by tomorrow (Thursday) at noon. Otherwise, I can't guarantee I'll have exactly what you're looking for.
Christmas Orders
As mentioned above, Christmas pies are available for sale! Like for Thanksgiving, please fill out this form with what pies you would like and how many. I'll send you a confirmation email plus a payment link (so you don't have to pay over the phone).
Online Store
So it turns out that it's more difficult to set up an online store than I thought. Especially for a perishable product that's available only locally and which changes every week! Luckily, I think I've found a simply way to offer my pies through an online store. More to come on that. I hope to open it by the first week of January.
